(a) Successfully knock out a target.
(b) Catching an arrow before it connects with the ground. It has to be a convincing catch.

6) Game Duration:

Some examples of game formats:

  • Capture the flag (more body movement, engagement, moving around)

  • Target practice (less active: less body movement, engagement, moving around)

Capture the flag (more active)

Capture the flag (CTF) is a traditional outdoor game where two teams each have a flag (or other marker) and the objective is to capture the other team’s flag, located at the team’s “base,” and bring it safely back to their own base. Enemy players can be “tagged” by players in their home territory and, depending on the rules, they may be out of the game, become members of the opposite team, sent back to their own territory, or frozen in place (“in jail”) until freed by a member of their own team.

Target practice (less active)

Target practice as the name suggests involves precision shooting, where teams may shoot one at a time, or together, to see if they are able to hit the target(s) and in so doing achieve scores. The team with the highest scores win.
