About the Role
We're looking for qualified and experienced coaches and referees across various sports to lead our programs. If you have coaching certifications, refereeing experience, or expertise in specific sports, we want to hear from you!
Coach Roles
- • Lead sports coaching sessions
- • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans
- • Assess and develop participant skills
- • Provide constructive feedback
- • Ensure safe training environment
- • Mentor assistant coaches
Referee Roles
- • Officiate matches and tournaments
- • Enforce rules fairly and consistently
- • Manage game flow and time
- • Resolve disputes professionally
- • Maintain safety standards
- • Complete match reports
Requirements
- • Relevant coaching certifications (NROC, SSA, or sport-specific)
- • OR proven experience in coaching/refereeing
- • Deep knowledge of sport-specific rules and techniques
- • Strong communication and leadership skills
- • Ability to work with diverse age groups
- • First Aid certified (preferred)
- • Available on weekends and evenings
