Ministry of Sports

SEL + Leadership Programmes for Schools and Companies

(Delivered Through Sport, Mentoring & Youth Engagement)

Ministry of Sports partners schools and companies to develop students and executives' Social-Emotional Competencies (SEL/SEC) and Leadership through programmes that are active, structured, engaging, and ready for deployment.

We don't run "activities for activity's sake". We run purpose-built sessions that use sport, games, and real-life scenarios to help students and executives build resilience, relationships, self-management, communication, and responsible decision-making — while also learning how to lead themselves and influence peers positively.

What We Build in Students and Executives

Social-Emotional Competencies (SEL/SEC)

We help students and executives strengthen:

Self-awareness (knowing emotions, triggers, strengths)
Self-management (regulation, perseverance, coping strategies)
Social awareness (empathy, perspective-taking)
Relationship skills (communication, collaboration, conflict handling)
Responsible decision-making (choices, consequences, values-in-action)

Leadership at 3 Levels

Integrated into every programme. We develop leadership in ways students and executives can practise immediately:

Self-Leadership

Goal-setting, motivation, habits, time management, resilience

Peer Leadership

Inclusion, communication, de-escalation, bystander courage, peer support

Team Leadership

Role clarity, accountability, decision-making under pressure, leading routines

Leadership is not taught as a "speech". Students and executives practise leadership through structured roles, micro-challenges, and guided reflections in every session.

How Our Programmes Run (Ready for Deployment)

We can support schools and companies end-to-end:

Programme proposal and customisation to cohort needs
Structured lesson plans with clear outcomes per session
Engaging delivery (sport, games, facilitation, mentoring)
Reflection and consolidation (so learning sticks)
Teacher coordination and professional conduct standards
Post-programme evaluation and reporting (if requested)

Safety and governance are always prioritised: clear briefings, appropriate facilitation ratios, safe activity design, and professional boundaries.
