SEL Skills + 21st Century Competencies
Sports programmes that build character, leadership, and future-ready learners

Figure 1. Our programme design pathway: Values → SEL → 21st Century Competencies → Student Outcomes.
(Also refer to: MOE 21st Century Competencies and Desired Outcomes)
What We Deliver
We partner with schools to deliver safe, high-energy sports and enrichment programmes that intentionally develop core values, social-emotional competencies, and 21st century competencies. Students do not just play a game; they grow into confident persons, self-directed learners, active contributors, and concerned citizens.
Our Framework: Values at the Core
Our curriculum design follows a clear principle: values shape character; SEL skills shape behaviour under pressure; 21st century competencies shape learning and teamwork; student outcomes are the visible result in school and life.

Core Values (How Students Experience Them in Sport)
We coach values as behaviours - not slogans. Students practise them in real moments under real pressure.
Respect
Sportsmanship, listening, inclusive play, and self-respect under challenge.
Responsibility
Turning up prepared, owning roles, and keeping promises to the team.
Resilience
Bouncing back after mistakes, staying calm, and trying again with a plan.
Integrity
Fair play, honest calls, and doing right when no one is watching.
Care
Encouragement, helping teammates improve, and kind competition.
Harmony
Working with different personalities, resolving conflict, and building team unity.
Social-Emotional Competencies (Built Every Session)
Emerging 21st Century Competencies (Built Through Play and Reflection)
Leadership, Integrated (Not a One-Off Talk)
Leadership is woven into how we run sport: students practise self-leadership first, then team leadership, then service leadership (leading for the good of others).
Micro-leadership roles
captain, co-captain, safety lead, encourager, strategist, equipment lead
Communication drills
clear calls, calm tone, concise instructions, active listening
Decision moments
fair play, conflict resolution, risk management, 'what is best for the team?'
Reflection
short guided debriefs ('What happened? So what? Now what?')
Outcomes by Key Stage (How Growth Looks Over Time)

Both. Many schools start with a pilot and scale into a term or full-year progression.

Assignments are typically part-time/freelance. Strong instructors may receive regular weekly bookings.
