About This Role

We are building a high-trust network of outdoor educators and camp facilitators who can deliver engaging, safe, and purposeful outdoor learning experiences. If you have experience with outdoor education, camps, or adventure-based learning, we want to hear from you.

Our outdoor programmes use challenge-based learning, team activities, and outdoor settings to build resilience, teamwork, leadership, and character in students. You'll facilitate experiences that help young people discover their strengths, work through challenges, and develop essential life skills.

Who We're Looking For

Outdoor educators with camp facilitation experience

Adventure-based learning facilitators

Camp counselors or camp programme coordinators

Those with experience in challenge courses, team-building activities, or expeditions

Facilitators skilled in group dynamics and reflection facilitation

Those passionate about youth development through outdoor experiences

Individuals who can model leadership, resilience, and positive character

Minimum Expectations

Safe programme management, punctuality, and clear communication

Positive behaviour management and age-appropriate facilitation

Willingness to learn our values/SEL/leadership delivery approach

Strong risk management and safety protocols understanding

Professional conduct and adherence to child safeguarding standards

Relevant certifications (first aid, outdoor education, etc.)

Clear police vetting and background checks

Leadership Development Camps

Self-leadership, peer leadership, team leadership through structured outdoor experiences
